solution:-Disconnect the 24 or 20 pin connector from mother board and give the power supply to the s.m.p.s and shot green and black color wire. It smps fan move it,s means smps is ok use or other wires &smps is faulty.
By touching two pins then beep sound in come its ok others wire .
